Introducing...

Josephine Simone

Our little "turkey" came early. Josephine was born Wednesday, November 26th. Jenny's water broke that afternoon. Jenny tried for a VBAC, but again a C-section was neccessary. 7lbs-3oz and 19 inches long born at 10:12pm. Mama and Baby are doing fine. Admittedly, we were not expecting her for a few more weeks and things around the house are not quite ready. Here are a few pics of our Thanksgiving surprise!!!

We will give you a few days and call you soon! Please post more pics! She is so cute! And all that hair, wow!

What a blessing for me to hold this beautiful girl for a few minutes. I can tell you all she is just as cute as these pictures indicate, and looks just like her beautiful mother at birth. (I was actually fooled by a picture of Jenny, thinking it was Josephine, same hair style and everything). I predicted more comments would have shown up by now. Oh well. Much to be thankful for by this Thanksgiving surprise.

Hey, this is Anie. Can I just say how much I love all that hair, it seems like most of my family was born bald so it's good to see a baby with head full of hair, what I little treasure!!!

Oh my goodness! I can't believe Jen didn't tell me you had your baby! I was expecting sometime around now, so I haven't even checked your blog until now. Anyway, congrats! She is seriously so beautiful, but that's no big surprise. I hope you're all doing well. I know how those first couple weeks are after the big C. Have a great Christmas! P.S. - Nice work figuring out about Hawaii. I kind of wondered if anyone was going to piece that together! Haha!
